Cancellation
It is possible to cancel any kind of service with no charge till 24 hours before. The charge for cancellations exceeding this limit is 50% of the total amount. For pickups at the airport the delay allowed is 30 minutes plus the 45 average minutes for the luggage claim (75 minutes total). The charge for time exceeding is the price of one hour of private car service for every hour or fraction.
The delay allowed for pickups at the hotel is 15 minutes. The charge for time exceeding is the price of one hour of private car service for every hour or fraction.
If a delay exceeding the time allowed occours, the service you reserved could not be available
Cash payment
Cash payment can be made through the driver at your arrival.
